No more long hair

I cut my hair off today!!! I was just going to get a trim and my friends talked me into going short... kraig has yet to know or see it... hope he likes it! :)

Nephew Number #7

My sister Tiffany, had her 4th child yesterday!! He is so cute. His name is Nolan Ryan Wilp!! He was born between 3:30 and 4:30pm, little over 7lbs and 19 inches long! He has a full head of dark hair... funny bc all of Tiffany's kids are so blond!! Mom and Baby are doing great! I am sad that I am not there to welcome this wonderful miracle in to the world!

From Long to Short

I love love love cutting really long hair really short!! I guess I love to do this bc you have so many different options to chose from when choosing the short cut! It is so exciting... here are before and after pictures of a girl who came in yesterday and let me chop off her hair, after the cut we decided to lighten her hair color!

I only have 14 1/2 weeks of school left!!! I am so excited and can hardly wait!!! School has been great and I have really loved it but I am ready for the real world and to fly solo... no more teacher consults, no more theory, no more tests, no more crazy school, and no more paying to do what I love but instead get paid to do what I love!

Congrats!!

Kraig had an interview today with CDW and was offered a job! We are very excited about his new job!! I am so proud of him and everything he does for me. I am greatful to have him as my husband and best friend!! He will be starting his new job in October :) Congrats Kraiger!!

MY NEW DO

I finally did it!! Kraig has been wanting to me to color my hair dark for a long time now and I kept telling him No. Well, my friend Mary was just suppose to be touching up my highlights and instead talked me into going all dark!! I really can't believe that I actually did it!! It still shocks me when I look in the mirror. But I do think it is fun to have a change... after all I am in beauty school so now is the time to do it!!

Vacation Time

On Thursday Kraig and I left for a weekend get away. We drove up to Bullhead City, which is on the border of Arizona and Nevada. We had so much fun. On Friday we went rented a sea doo. This was my second time on on, Kraig grew up on them. So, at time he was a little crazy and we almost fell off twice. But it was a blast!! Saturday we walked around the town and went shopping at an out let mall. It was 120 outside so swimming was a must!!! I enjoyed spending time with my husband by myself. Since I have been in school the weeks have flown by and I was starting to feel like we hadn't spent enough one on one time. I love being with my family in Arizona, but some times you just want to be with your husband.

On Saturday Kraig and I went and say the new Batman movie, and I LOVED IT!!! It was one of the best movies that I have seen in a long time! Have you seen it? If you have what do you think about it?

Finally an Update!

I know is has been almost two months since my last post and I am so very sorry! I can't believe how fast time has been going by since I have started school. I am half way done!! YEAH!! In April I tested out onto the clinic floor, where I finally get to work on clients instead of my manikin! I was so excited and not to brag but I scored the highest in my group!!! Okay can you tell that I am a little excited?! I am learning so much and am loving every minute of cometology school. I have had a few friends come in and let me cut and color their hair. Thank you so much for letting me practice on you. Also big thanks to Katie my SIL who is always letting me do her hair. I will have to post some before and after pics of the hair cut and highlights I gave her not to long ago. We had a contest at school for spring and I got first place! Again I need to put up some pictures... Kaite if you are reading this please send them to me!! :) The reason I am lacking pictures is because ours is broken and we have yet to by a new on... hint hint for my birthday! :) Well, Kraig is still doing great and being very supprising lately. For and eary birthday present he went and bought us mountain bikes, which I LOVE!! We recently when up to south mountian and had a blast. We are trying to go more often but with our schedules it is hard. But we love riding our bikes up to Sonic to get a limeade :) He loves his neice Avery... she is his little princess! We have been been spending a lot of time at our inlaws to cool down from the 100+ degree heat in Arizona!! But I LOVE IT!! Right now I am in Washington visting my family who I have missed like crazy. BUT I AM FREEZING!!! My twin neices just go baptized on Saturday and I am so greatful that I had to oppurtunity to be here with them. I am so proud of them. I have loved catching up with my sister and going shopping. I will be here till Fathers Day!! Which means I get to spend my birthday here. It will be the first time in 4 years that I have not spent my birthday with Kraig... kinda sad about that but he couldn't come with me to Washington because of work... someone has to pay the bills right!! Also I get to have FRESH SEA FOOD!! We are planning on going to the Crab Pot in Seattle for my birhtday. Kraig took me there before we got married and I LOVED IT!! My friend Deanna is getting married on Saturday and that is another reason I am here! I am going to be going to dinner tomorrow with all of my girlfriends out here and I am so excited to catch up with them. Well, I am so sorry that this post is so jumpy but I just thought that I would let you all know what is going on with our Family!!

A Call From a Friend

I love girlfriends! I have been very blessed to have great girlfriends in my life. You know you have a great girlfriend when, you both live in different states and haven't talked in a while. Then when you do talk it is like no time at all has passed. I cherish my relationships with my girlfriends. Yesterday I was talking with my friend Erica, who is more like a sister to me, and it made me realize how much women need other women. I miss my nights at Carlos O'Kelly's with Erica and Rochelle where we would end up sitting there all night talking and giggling like little school girls! All three us drinking diet coke and eating chips. I love all of the women in my life they are a true blessing from my Heavenly Father.

A Visit From Seattle and Then some.

Okay, Okay, Holly!~! :) Are you happy I have a new post! LOL My friend Courtney flew down last weekend to visit me. We had a blast shopping eating and catching up on old times. She is a girl that I cheered in high school with and am I just love her to death. Life at the Wilson home has been really busy as it always seems to be. I am through my first month of school! YEAH only ten more to go! :) I am still loving it and am so happy that I have had the opportunity to go. I also have still been working while in school and I am feeling a little stressed out. When I get a chance to sit down I cherish it because I don't get a lot of chances. But I am excited because my mom is coming to visit next Friday for a whole week!! :) I am so excited and I can hardly wait. I haven't had the chance to have my mom to my self for a whole week EVER. I have always had to share her with my 6 siblings. One perk of living away from home! Kriag has been busy with work. He left on Monday and just got back yesterday. I am so happy to have him home and spend the day with him. Oh I almost forgot. So, Kraig LOVES to go golfing ( we do live in Arizona)! So I have been telling him for over a year that I want to go with him sometime to learn. He has been very reluctant because he doesn't think that I will like it and that I will get really frustrated. Well I finally got him to take me this month. We had so much fun!!! And I actually wasn't too bad!! So we made a deal to try and go together at least once a month. He will go a lot more because we just bought him a new set of clubs and he LOVES going with his brother and dad.

Been Running On Full Speed

I know it has been a while since my last post. This is due to the fact that I recently started cosmetology school on the 18. I am having so much fun and I look forward to school everyday. We are learning so much already. I have already been doing cuts and taking tests! Yep that is right, ladies I am ready to cut your hair!!!! So, I am in school from 9:30-5pm and when it hits 5pm I am rushing to make it to work at either 5:30 or 6pm. My weeks seem to go by so fast. You know what they say ... time seems to fly when you are having fun! I am so great full for the opportunity that I have to go to school. This has been my dream since I was a little girl and some days I have to pinch my self because I can't believe it is coming true. Like the night before my first day of school I felt like a little kid again, I was so excited to go to school I couldn't fall asleep! :) Kraig is doing great! His birthday is actually coming up on the 1st of March!! He has been so supportive of me! He is a great husband and best friend. I love him and don't know what I would do with out him.

Writers Block

I am so sick of all of this writers block!!! I am a avid Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, Desperate House Wifes, and Brothers and Sisters watcher and I am in need of NEW episodes. All Christmas season I was looking forward to watching all NEW episodes. Then the new year rolled around and NO NEW episodes!!! Okay, I do know that it does sound a little crazy that I am so passionate about TV shows. Rochelle and Erica I know you will understand!!! But really it has been long enough and I wish that they would just get on with it. I need the drama that I get from these shows... maybe I just need to be calling Erica so I can get some. :) I just can't stand it any longer!!!! GIVE ME SOME NEW EPISODES... NO MORE RERUNS!!!

Nauvoo Temple

I know this was back in December but I just got these pictures from my SIL. Kraig and I were sealed in the Nauvoo Temple on December 22, 2007!! It was a very special day for us. We were happy to be surrounded by many great friends and family. Thank you for all for coming. Those who wanted to be there but could not make it, know that you were in our thoughts.

Back To School

After the long job search and then turning down the awesome job offer with LA Fitness, I am happy to say that I have instead decided to go back to school!! Yes FINALLY I am going to go to Cosmetology School!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl. Things just always seemed to get in my way of going to school. Not anymore! I am starting school at Artistic Beauty College on February 18 and will be in school for 11 months. :)

I finally have INTERNET!!!

Kraig and I moved into our place on Friday the 4th. Kraig has jumped into work with his dad and I have been doing most of the unpacking, getting cable, power, internet ect.... Well, when I called the internet company they told me that they wouldn't be able to come until the 14... WHAT?! I am a internet addict! Today it has finally arrived!! You will be hearing more from me now :) I know some of you wanna see pics of our new place but that might have to wait just a little bit longer due to our camera... yep it broken!!! On another note I am still jobless... it is starting to get lonely too. I had a interview with US Bank on last Wednesday and I was told that they would contact me today with the good or the bad news. I also am going in for an interview with LA Fitness for the Operating Manager Position... my fingers are crossed on this one BIG TIME.
